I currently have $100 in my Paypal account and I’m in the process of linking my credit card account to my Paypal account in order to verify my delivery address. If I were to make a purchase using my Paypal account would the seller take the money from my Paypal account or credit card account?

It’ll come out of your Paypal account first.Your Paypal account balance is always your primary method of payment. Your credit card would be your secondary method of payment.
Paypal takes money from your balance first and then your secondary funding source.
