To lift your withdrawal limit, you’ll need to complete 2 of the 3 requirements:
Link and confirm your bank account or get approved for the PayPal Plus Credit Card or PayPal Buyer Credit.
Link and confirm a debit or credit card.
Confirm your Social Security number. An Employer Identification Number cannot be used in place of a Social Security number.
Here’s how to lift your limit:
    1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
    2. Click “View Limits.”
    3. Click the “Lift Limits.”
    4. Complete the steps on the To Do list to lift the withdrawal limit.
    I hope this helps!

You can lift the withdrawal limit by confirming your social security number.
Click on withdrawal from your home page. Then, where you want to send funds click on something like “withdraw funds from your bank account”, you will notice it will say monthly withdrawal limit…. then it has “how do i lift this limit” you can either confirm you social security number or add a credit card.
See if it works for you….
