Why Does Paypal Not Ask Me For Id And Pass For My Bank Account?

Well, i recently putted my bank account into my paypal account and it would ask me for my id and pass for the bank account i got a few passwords wrong since i barley went to the bank so now it asks me to add some money into the bank with the moeny i have in my paypal account which i dont have. How do i get back to the screen where it displays the id and pass for my bank account so i can verify.
