I checked my transaction history today. I did buy two items from eBay and those two items are shown on my transaction history but I have a payment from paypal and ebay listed both 1 dollar each? I have the WaMu online free checking.

if your using your debit card on online purchases there is a $1 pre-authorization which is like a test charge when your using a card for online transactions. that $1 will be refunded once there is a mtaching purchase.
or that $1 could also be a test charge when you add a card to paypal to make sure that the card is active and good.
