I just want to collect payments and have them in my account. I dont see why I need to have a verified bank account out or credit card. I dont have either. im only 16. I just need to have a safe place for money. And paypal is the safest. I can keep everones money in my account then give it out to the winners of the tournament

Yeah, it sucks but you gotta play by their rules if you want to play. A dishonest person can collect money and run, or ship out bad merchandise but with a linked account, there is some recourse for the buyer. You are looking for a safe place, and so is everyone else.
