Why are PAYPAL,STORMPAY,EGOLD,AND LOTS of other payment system cannot operate in Pakistan and other countries?

Because there is so much fraud in these countries that it isn’t worth if for these companies to operate there. Paypal would lose money if it operated in these countries.
Good question.
Due to local Pakisani laws, they are unable to start paypal in Pakistan. Paypal is registered as an Israeli company so it’s not possible to launch in Pakistan
i dont kno about other countries but soon this system will be in Pakistan!!
