This is a free store and auction site:
    http://www.search-the-world.com/auctions
You get your own shopping store where you can sell either by auction or just like a regular store at “Buy Now” prices. You get your own store Url which you then need to promote yourself to get more customers etc.
Promote your store Url just like you would any other form of business and build up your customer base from there.
Works just like Ebay but you pay no selling fees and its all 100% free to use. Yes you can use Paypal on here.

http://www.ICANN-Domains.com gives you a free 5 page website with a domain purchase. It also has everything else you could want like traffic blazer ect. . As far as paypal support you can do that on any site. You just copy and past the paypal shopping cart code onto your site. Paypal is great but I hate their fee’s.

You could take a look at the web host that I use. They definitely support paypal and a whole lot more. You can see them at http://www.tobuildyour.com I would strongly suggest that you compare several web hosts first by comparing feature by feature then dollar for dollar. This will ensure that you get on that suits your needs and your budget. That is how I found the web host that I use.
    BEST WISHES!

Remember, you get what you pay for! You should have $500 -$1000 to get a descent website that supports ecommerce, has its own database manager, autoresponder, and preferably search engine optimization that is also user friendly – ie: you can easily make changes to your site yourself on a regular basis and NOT have to pay a web developer.
Most importantly you MUST learn online marketing strategies to start building a list and continually drive traffic to your site and develop a response system to automate the process and stay in touch with your customers on a regular basis.
    Hope this helps!

Etsy is very good with that but you have to pay for listings (very minimal, like $1) and it will stay up for about 6 months. Your best bet is to get a cheap website with like 1and1 ($3 a month hosting) and use something like Mals-Ecommerce which accepts paypal processing AND is free for basic features.
I use 1and1 and Mals for my hemp jewelry website.

If you know how to build a website, you can download website templates free. If you know how to program PHP, you can download OSCommerce free.
If you dont know anything in HTML or PHP, you are out of luck and will need to pay. Yahoo Stores are pretty good and fairly customizable. You get pretty complete solutions for it. You can check them out.
Others include Volution, ProStores, etc. All offer rented ecommerce store solutions.
But other than that you don’t even sound ready to sell online. You need a cheap website, you can only take Paypal? That wont take you far. People need to trust online sellers. If you look cheap – they wont think you are trustworthy.
Think about it – where can they go online to buy jewelry? Bluenile? Overstock? All public companies that invested heavily in their website to make it secure and look darn good. If your site looks cheap – no matter how cheap your prices, you won’t look trustworthy.
