I am looking for someone with a paypal account, who wouldn’t mind entering an contract with me on recieving a loan. I am willing to sign a promisary note, and discuss terms and agreements.

What you are trying to do costs 2.5%/ transaction, and equates to a 28% APR loan.
That rate is USURIOUS in today’s market. Avoid it if you can…..
As for co-signing a loan?? Fuggitaboutit, we arent THAT crazy….

Go on-line and see if Paypal offers a “factor”, “factoring” or “accounts receivable” service. This service IS NOT inexpensive [“cheap”]. BUT IF you need money fast AND you do enough volume, someone might be able to help you.
You might want to go on-line and do a general search for this service.
