You sound pretty mad. I’ve dealt with both Ebay and Paypal forever and while Ebay does little to protect buyers Paypal has a system in place to protect buyers that use Paypal to purchase items. If you’ve gone through both EBAY and Paypal to resolve an issue and lost with both ebay and paypal you might just be in the wrong and need to accept it. However, if you still believe you are in the right you can always try to find an attorney that will represent you..make some calls.
