When your bank account is added and confirmed, does the balance in your bank account automatically show up in you Paypal account balance? Or do you need to transfer the money and does that take time?

It will work either way, but yes it takes time typically 4 business days to transfer the funds. What I like to do makes alot of sense to me and that is transfer say $300.00 from one of my bank accounts into my PayPal account. Now I’m ready to go buy on Ebay and have gained some advantage too go with it.
1st That $300.00 is really in a Money Market paying a much higher rate of interest than any account I can get here in NY.
2nd Pay that item on Ebay the seller is paid instantly from the PayPal account. Typically shipment will be next day.
3rd Tie that all together with a Debit card to that Account and again the vendor is paid fast, but even better PayPal sweetens the deal by giving you Cash back on that purchase.
To me that’s Win-Win in my book.
