Sounds like you mean an ATM card. If it’s attached to a chequing account, you can use the chequing account to fund your payments.
Is it a debit card? Does it say VISA or Mastercard on it?
If yes, then they will not be able to see it.
Only paypal has that info. The seller can not see your card number.
If the card has the Mastercard or Visa logo on it, it will work. If it doesn’t, it’s just an ATM card and will not work.
Only Paypal sees your card information.
