I used my friend’s card to buy her something off of ebay. I am in another state and want to have the seller ship it to her. When I pay for if I make her address the primary address and then change it back to my address and pay for my stuff, will her stuff go to her address and mine go to my address?

You can have the item shipped to wherever you want to before you checkout on paypal.
Just look for a button to change the shipping address.
