You need a Premier account. With the basic account, you can only receive money when someone pays you with a balance in their Paypal account
You can go to paypal and register an account. It has perseonal and business account to choose.

In my personal experience, it’s the quick and easy way to receive payment online.
not to sound like an activist but paypal is unconstitutional
