I want to make a paypal account where I want to be able to receive money and be able to send money without confirming a bank to my account?
is this possible? If so plz tell me how.

You have to have a credit card if you don’t have a bank acct. the simple one will work . to receive money a debit card. you can also get a Pay Pal debit card.
Above will work but unless you are ‘verified’ – address, bank account – there are severe restrictions on how much you can send/receive per month/year
