I ordered a game on ebay. It cost me around $20. It said it will arrive in 7 to 14 days and it has not arrived yet. What should I do? Tell ebay or paypal? How do I report him or should I wait?

Ask the Seller if it has been sent yet, things can be very slow with any postal system this near to Christmas
You have up to 45 days to file an INR (Item not received) claim, so a little bit more patience maybe
