I was going to provide you with the above list but they beat me too it. Here however a some they forgot.
e-gold and intgold. beware however some like stormpay will gouge you on the fees and some will fold (with your money if you had any in it) like EMO (electronic money order) I personaly liked EMO as I could print out the check right on my computer and head to the bank with it. However they are in trouble as of now so don’t even go there. I have no idea who offers a free debit card but good luck…my advise though is stick with a real bank in your own neighborhood.
