An unverified PayPal account is one that isn’t linked to a bank account or credit card, right? It says my sending limit is $0, but under the FAQ it says my sending limit should be $2,000 before I get verified.
Does the sending limit increase as money is recieved, or…?

The limit does not increase. You need to become verified. All that you need to become verified is a confirmed credit card and bank account.
