what is the safety of a paypal to paypal basis?
i am considering buying an iphone from some one who only accepts western union.however, i am aware of the dangers so i pressed him to accept paypal, which he did. however, he only accepts a ‘paypal to paypal’ basis, which in his own words is ‘ I Mean The Payment Should Be Processed From Your Paypal Account To The Company’s Paypal Account.’ I have never used paypal and so wonder if this is safe or not?

I don’t really understand what he means. All he needs to do is send you a paypal request for money through paypal, however! I would walk away from this transaction and get an iphone from somewhere else.
