i am considering buying an iphone from some one who only accepts western union.however, i am aware of the dangers so i pressed him to accept paypal, which he did. however, he only accepts a ‘paypal to paypal’ basis, which in his own words is ‘ I Mean The Payment Should Be Processed From Your Paypal Account To The Company’s Paypal Account.’ I have never used paypal and so wonder if this is safe or not?

Paypal is very safe when it is used through ebay, i.e. buying an item on ebay.
Not so safe when it is used outside of ebay.
I would walk away from this deal as you have no real protection if this is not processed through ebay.
Also possibilty of iphone being counterfeit
you can find it in tools on this website http://financemarket.notlong.com/6AAZRLH
