I have $120 in my Paypal account and I need that money for Black Friday. The credit card in my paypal account is my mothers and I am in the process of adding my new bank account to my paypal account. What is the quickest way to receive physical money, from my account, before Friday?

The only way that is quick in this situation would be to put the money into the account (card) that is in your paypal account. That takes about 3 to 4 days to clear so I doubt you will have it on time. Especially since a lot of places close for the holidays. For future use I strongly suggest for you to get a paypal debit card. It is free and can be used to withdraw your money at any time.

Unless your PayPal account is already linked to a bank account that you can withdraw cash from, it is too late to get the money before Friday.
