I figured I’ll make internet shopping for shoes easier and use paypal instead of googling “Size 15 sandals” for an hour. When I get to the site, I saw paypal come up and I heard of paypal but I don’t know if it’s safe or even worth it.

Paypal is very safe as long as you ALWAYS fund your Paypal payment with your CREDIT CARD!
Then if you have any problems and Paypal doesn’t find in your favor, you can then file for a CHARGEBACK through the credit card company.
Mastercard and Visa offer the most protection.
Am Ex and Discover stink for protection. :~(
Paypal is a very trustworthy site. They also offer the buyers and sellers a lot of protection from people who are doing something “shady”.
It may seem scary to connect it to your home bank account, but I have not had any problems with it in several years. If this is a concern, I would attempt to set up a bank account specifically for your paypal / internet purchases, and only keep a minimal amount of money in the account.

I have been with PatPal since 99 and used it with eBay, No problem, and it is international, and is easy to set up and get your funds sent to your bank if you want.
