I’ve been wanting to buy stuff of off ebay for a long time now but all the sellers require paypal or credit cards. I don’t have either. So how can I get paypal? Do I need a credit card to get it? How does it work?

It’s basically an inbetween bank of your money and the seller. They verify funds. Its very safe, honest and best to work with. You will be paying fees if you sell things and buyers put money in there but if you are just buying you wont pay any fees. It can be linked to your bank account as you will need that if you dont have a credit card.
