I recently won an item on ebay and paid through paypal. The user I won it from is now no longer a registered ebay user and won’t return my e-mails, but they also have not claimed the money from PayPal. Will PayPal eventually give me my money back if the person never claims it? Or what is the best way to resolve this?

I believe it’s 30 days then PayPal returns the money to sender.
I would log-in to PayPal and file a dispute claim. I wouldn’t let them claim the money at the last minute.
That is of course if they haven’t delivered
