I’m going to buy an item online, which I have never done before. Lets say this website accepts your money, and you do not get the item. Are you just out of luck? I’m sure theres something you can do or online shopping would be distorted, so can someone go into depth about what occurs?

If you purchase something, paying for it through PayPal, and it never comes, you can file a complaint through PayPal and you will get your money back if you win the claim.
