I have a claim going with this seller and they haven’t replied to the dispute or messaged me back or anything. Today the 29th is the day they had to give paypal the information that they wanted. What happens?

I have been in that situation before and would advise you not to do anything. If the seller has not responded by the date requested PayPal will almost always side with the person who made the claim. So by not responding they are in essence admitting guilt and any money you paid should be refunded to you. If they do not respond, PayPal sides with you, and PayPal does not give you your money back then I would contact them to see what happened.
I would contact papal.
I had that happen to me where the buyer would not pay for an item.
He lost his privileges on the auctions sites and was cancelled by paypal.
