I’m buying a Sidekick LX 2009 from someone on ebay but i didnt buy it from ebay. He said he’ll send me the phone when he recieves it, which should be in acouple days. If he doesnt send it, what should i do? Will i get my money back?

Since you didnt buy it thru an auction, you will NOT have the buyer protection…PayPal and Ebay are the same company..
You are going to have a tougher time getting your money back, though it isnt impossible…
If he doesn’t send it, you won’t be able to get your money back. Especially don’t tell Ebay, because it is against their policy to buy like you did.
The emails won’t help you, sorry.
Some people have scams on ebay selling like this. If you approached him about buying it on the side, he probably will send it. If he approached you, I would be leary.
