im a student and paypal seems like its a good starter card no annual fee so i was wandering does that mean i only pay when i use it? Exampple i have it for 3 years and only use ir once do i only pay tjat one time plz help

Well if you don’t have any credit history don’t go for this card you will most likely be denied
The good no annual fees. rewards on paypal although small its better than no rewards at all (have to spend $2500 for $25 and $9500 for $100)
The bad no 0% introductory.
Yes you only pay when you use it.
