I hope UK Is not like US because when I disputed a charge from a order I placed I was only given a refund of what was in the account which was half of the total and the b i ich was allowed to make a negative comment about me but considering you used paypal you may only get a partial refund back minus the fee that is charged for transfer of the money to you so it may be best to contact the local authorities if necessary.
