It says $5. Is this the only fee?
As the debit card ‘ debits’ funds out of your account would this not be the same as transfering funds to your bank account.
If I transfer in Euros from my PayPal account to the debit card(also in Euros) will there be any fees? apart from the $5/E2?

No it isnt like sweeping it to your bank.. It is like withdrawing money from an ATM machine.
PayPal isnt the one charging the fee, its the bank that owns to ATM machine…
