Please suggest any that you know of. I just want a simple way of dealing with small transactions. It is possible that I will never take money out, even, just use the money to buy things on the internet. I might also want to use it internationally.

If you want to take payments I would accept a merchant account because transaction fees can be a lot cheaper than paypal.

When paying for items online you can always use Paypal because it is free but not every website accepts it. You can also just use your credit card.
Why wouldn’t you want to use PayPal? It’s safe, it’s easy, it’ll convert money for international transactions, sometimes even gives you little cash back, and the best thing of all it has built-in fraud protection seller never sees your credit card information.
I can’t imagine anything being safer or easier than PayPal. The fees they charge are just the cost of doing business. It also gives the buyer a warm fuzzy feeling inside to see PayPal as a payment option. I trust sellers with PayPal more than I trust sellers with their own merchant account or use click bank.
Paypal is the easiest.
