I sold on ebay and I was trying to send the money on to my savings account. There was a window asking me to confirm in in cents. There was two windows asking me to do so. I clicked on it and then I went back and the window was no longer there. How do I got back to that window. Is asking to confirm two small bank deposits.

You need to look at your savings account statement, they sent you two tiny deposits, probably less than ten cents. Find out what these amounts are. Now log onto paypal and try to send the money to your savings accont again and enter the deposit amounts.
Sign out and start over. Before you do though go to your bank account online and write down the amount of the depsits they are asking for. All they are trying to do is verify that the money is going to the correct account. Do this verification ONLY from the PayPal site and not from an email to avoid phishing scams.
