Paypal has limited my account access. i can not withdraw, pay o receive money. i have to pass some tests, like SSN, my phone number, and others. one of them is to receive a call from them. HAS ANYONE RECEIVE A CALL FROM PAYPAL EVER TO LIFT the limited account access and to verify my identiy? please i have to know what they ask… since i will not answer the phone.

They don’t have a direct email due to traffic.
On your main paypal account page, you have 2 options.
Select the “Contact Us” link and you can send them
an email directly from their website.
I deal with them often, and the best be for immediate help and answers is
to click on the contact us page, then on the call by phone. They will give you the
number there. It is so much faster and your problem is solved immediately.

they are always helpful.

I recently sold an item on eBay and have received instant payment through PayPal. I have transferred the money to my bank account (waiting for it to clear now). How safe is it to ship this item to the buyer? I feel I should get delivery confirmation with signature- is this a reasonable move?
