My buyer said that she transferred her money into my paypal account on Monday. Today Is Wednesday. I’m getting worried that I still haven’t received a payment from her. If it does take longer how many days?

No it shouldn’t. Any payment on your PayPal account should be received immediately since it’s done electronically. Unless she has mailed you a personal check or money order, she hasn’t made the payment yet.
Some buyers pay via electronic checks on PayPal, which take a few days to clear. But you would receive those immediately as well. The only difference with those payments is that the money does not become available in your account until the check clears. Your buyer might have made a mistake, so she needs to remake her payment.
