I always check USPS to verify the correct format of the address and it giving me a different city than given in Paypal. Also below the address it says GUA-5323, does anyone know what this means?

It could be one of those places that receives shipping for people, like the Postal stores do. I would email the buyer and ask them to confirm the address. It is a little odd.
Are you the one who asked this on the ebay answer site? I saw the same question on there.
