Is mobile credit the same as a Visa Electron card? If so, you can use that.
eBay is a good place to look for Lindens. Not many people accept money orders, but a few might. Good luck!
Some of the folks on ebay are selling second life items that come with lindens too.
Best idea is to get on secondlife and earn lindens
