I have been unlucky enough to have dealings with a fraudulent ebayer — I paid for an item and have waited 30days but still not rec’d.
So I opened a dispute with paypal against the seller and this was escalated to a claim.
Paypal have reviewed the claim and decided in my favour and said that the money is being refunded.
My question is – when will I receive this money? And will it go into my paypal account or straight into my bank account?
Please help!

Hi, This has also happened to me it took me 7 weeks to get my money back and then it only got put onto my paypal account and not my bank account. I had to withdraw the money from my paypal account just to put it back in bank account. Good Luck
I had this problem before but I dont remember how long it took to get my money back but I do remember that they refunded the money to my paypal account and then you have to withdraw it back to your bank account

i donno, could take 6 to 8 weeks. i dont fuuck with eBay, i buy craigslist.org only, in person and in cash. works good for me.
