Paypal Say’s Page Not Found When I Attempt To Make A Payment?

I used paypal 30 minutes earlier, same credit card, I don’t log in to use the credit card, but anyway i tried to use it this time and when I hit pay it takes me to a paypal page not found and lets me click retry and still does the same thing, wtf?
