YOU have to transfer the money from paypal to your bank account
its safer that way
or you can leave the money in the paypal account its your option
Yes, this is common with Paypal. You may need a business account to do it (I am not certain). All I know is I do this all the time.
Note: The sender of the funds obviously will need a Paypal account too.
if your account ever gets hacked your bank account will be empty
i would think twice about that
