I recently sold a game account (Vitrual items, world of warcraft account) And i am suppose to recive payment through paypal.
Once it is recived and i give him my account information, is there a way he can take the money back?
I know he can do a charge back if using a credit card, how do i stop this or even know if hes using a credit card.
If i just have a buyers account doesnt that mean they dont accept credit cards, so any money i recive would not be able to charge back?
Can somone please help me i dont want to get scammed and know nothing of paypal.

Here is the deal with PayPal and digital products. If the user files a buyer complaint or chargeback you are NOT covered since it is a digital product. PayPal has no way to confirm whether the item was received or not and they do not go by word of mouth. However I have dealt with online game currency and accounts and typically people pay by credit card. Extremely high risk since it is still very common in this day and age that someone uses a stolen credit card and PayPal will take the funds back as they are required to do so. Therefore if this person is set on using PayPal make sure they have a verified account AND they send payment by a echeck. A echeck comes directly out of a confirmed bank account. It is still possible that someone can fraud you but the odds are way lower. If these terms are not met I would use a non reversible or guaranteed method. I hope this helps.
It is safe unless he is a foreign paypal customer. Foreigners have a tendency to do the chargebacks but I haven’t hat trouble with US citizens.
You don’t need to give him account information and please don’t! you give him your email address that you set up within your paypal account to receive the money. Do no under any circumstances give someone your bank account number or credit card number!
