Paypal has limited my account access. i can not withdraw, pay o receive money. i have to pass some tests, like SSN, my phone number, and others. one of them is to receive a call from them. HAS ANYONE RECEIVE A CALL FROM PAYPAL EVER TO LIFT the limited account access and to verify my identiy? please i have to know what they ask… since i will not answer the phone.

i agree with tacos..sounds like a scam…call the number for paypal listed on THEIR website & ask!
