Tell paypal you cannot comply because the sellar will not give you an address

hi,i think its best if you phone paypal,and tell them what has happened,then they will have it on there system ,that at least you tried,and they will contact the seller by email,and if that dosnt work they will ring them,here is paypal number 08707307191.hope this sorts out your problem,best of luck.

go to your paypal account, then in the overview , click resolution centre
you ll see dispute a transaction either click this or to the right you ll see tips for buyer, i d try this first just to see the tips ,
click dispute a transaction then put item ID in
this will open a dispute page where you can tell
them the problem

for paypal accounts one only needs an e-mail address!
so you may actually have an account but not have a registered, physical address!
you need to contact the seller on this e-mail address and ask for his/her address!

you dont get to know sellers exact address, email the seller and paypal and tell them you need the address or you cannot send it back
