What can I do? I have an inssufienet funds charge now that I really can’t afford to pay for within the next few days. This really sucks. I actually had 2 small payments cancelled one went through but the other didnt and they were cancelled the same day.

Transfer the money back from your paypal account to your bank account.
If i were you i would try calling the bank right away and explain to them that you had canceled a charged from paypal that still came threw. From there he will do one of two things remember this all depends on the bank.
1. He will cancel the charge depending on investigations from the bank to look into the cancel charge that effected your account.
2. He will have you get written or verbal confirmation from paypal saying you have canceled the charge before the appropriate time.
Call customer service.
call up the bank…..explain to them the situation
