hi i just opend a paypal account but i dont have a bank card i dont wont to use it to withdraw mony i just wont it to send money and recive money just for buying things of ebay but do i need a bank card for this thank you all

You don’t need a bank card UNLESS someone send you money to your account.
Like if you sell something on eBay or on other websites and get paid through paypal, the money will be transfered to your paypal account and you will have that money in account, then to shop again you will use that money^^ -without need of credit card-
or you can transfer money to your account from bank Bank transfer is only accepted for the UK Banks though
i am paypal user^^ and i don’t use credit card either, i sell stuffs and then gte money on my account and then use it
