i just added a debit card to my paypal account and i now want to make a purchase on ebay. i i bid on something and win will paypal automatically draw money from my checking account using my debit card? i have paypal set up for my paying method for ebay

You don’t have to add money to your paypal account. It will take the money out automaticly when you pay off of your debit card. But, you have to confirm your debit card first. It can take 3-5 business days.
Paypal will credit your debit account a few cents in 2 transactions. This will show up in your checking account as 2 deposits. You have to find out how much the deposits are.. Call your bank and find out how much . Get the exact amount of the credits and go to “confirm account” on your paypal. It will then guide you through.
no, paypal is a device that hides your debit/credit card details once you win this item ask for his bank details and you send him the money using paypal… if paypal auto took your money you would go crasy..imagine the stuff ups
you have to add money into your paypal account from your checking account first. choose the paypal payment option and paypal will automatically take money out of your paypal account but if the item is very expensive paypal will hold you payment till the item is shipped/recieved/or feedback is left.
