Do I have to be a certain age to spend paypal money online? Or even better do I have to be a certain age to withdraw my paypal money in cash at a bank and legally spend it? Ill choose best answer if it is thourough and true.

I believe you have to be 18 to have a paypal account, but as long as you have a bank account, they dont use verification. You just click agree to terms of use and certify you are of age by clicking. As for withdrawing, you dont use paypal as an actual bank account, it has to be transferred to an exsisting bank account of yours. As soon as its transferred you are free to use or withdraw it as you would any other time. If you are under 18 you may need to have an adult open a bank account with you jointly, or if you already have one youre all set!

Look you can do this:
To get the money you just need a credit card does not have to be yours, you obviously have to put the card in someone you trust and talk to that charged by your card.
If you say that younger because there is no problem if you have someone youlend your card and be trusted.
You can spend that money on paypal or retired from the bank account and nothing happens with that law.
