This is the first time Ive sold on there and there are two things I sold where the “shipping” address is different on the emails I get from Paypal and Ebay. Which do I ship to?

ONLY send the item to the PayPal address that your buyer has on record with paypal, along with a tracking number, such as USPS delivery confirmation.
That wil protect you from any chargeback.
the buyer can fill in the shipping address details at checkout and if bought will usually state the address they want at shipping address located at bottom of payment slip to your email, check the additional info box on your confirmation email which will sent by buyer from ebay.
if still unsure contact buyer and ask to confirm shipping address
Send the buyer a contact message and explain to the buyer that You see two different addresses and need to know where this buyer wants it sent.
