On Ebay I want to buy something but I’m not sure how paypal works. I know it says something about credit cards and I have a Visa All-Access Gift card. Would that work as well?

You may be able to use your VISA all -access gift card, but in my experience, MC or VISA gift cards don’t work with any internet sales at all. They work when you can physically present the card to the seller, and that can’t happen on the internet. Try it though, it might work; the worst that can happen is it will be refused and you’ll have to use another means of payment.
You probably won’t be able to use the gift card as a “credit card” with PayPal, as gift cards are set up very differently than regular credit cards.
PayPal is a secure way to transfer money through the internet. It doesn’t have to be used with eBay, though that’s who made it popular… lots of places (except Amazon.com) allow you to pay for purchases with it, including NW Airlines.
You set up a PayPal account from their website, or from eBay’s link to it. Your payment can come directly from your checking account or from a credit card you list.
With PayPal, the customer can challenge a seller’s charges if you feel you were cheated somehow. It works very like a regular credit card.
Pay Pal is a ‘middle man’ between a consumer and retailer.
Sign up for an account at Paypal and you have to give your credit card and/or bank account information. When you buy on ebay, Paypal issues payment from your card or bank account to the seller. I’ve had no problem with the system. Go to the Paypal site or ebay and they will have complete explanation for you to read. I don’t know about your Visa all access card.
