No, Not until the funds have cleared. You can buy things using a Paypal account and have them withdrawn from your bank account but again there will be about a 3 day waiting period so that funds will clear. It is just business and guarantees the funds are there before they are summited. Goodluck!
If you pay before the transfer is complete, it will go through to the seller as an e-check and draw the money from your bank again, taking several days for the bank to clear it (sometimes over a week or 2)
If you don’t want that you’ll have to wait but let the receiving person know it will be a few days.
For future reference: The other way is to have a credit card on file as a back up, BUT use the bank as your funding source. This way Paypal will transfer the money to the seller immediately because they know if your bank rejects the request there is a back up of a credit card.
I would call the bank and ask why it is not posted or ask them to post the Transfer
You need to make some phone calls , don’t pay anything until you are sure the money is there.I hope this helps…….
