I have two disputes open in PayPal currently. I have a negative balance and for some reason it just keeps increasing every single day. Why the hell is this happening??? I’ve emailed Paypal but they never give me the answer to my question.

Call PayPal right away. Emails won’t get you anywhere.
The canadian dollar is dropping in value everyday, that may be a reason.
