Be careful with paypal because if you have any success they might freeze your account. A friend of mine had his account frozen for 6 months and all paypal said was the activity was suspicious just because his advertising worked and sales increased. Check out http://www.paypalsucks.com. You should look into getting a merchant account. Paypal is good for buyers not sellers.

Yes you can. Yoou have to log in your PayPal acct and go under your Profile> Website Payment Preferences. See if that works
Yes, go to PayPal and merchant tools. You can either accept PayPal only or use PayPal credit card processing and accept credit cards directly for customers who do not have paypal accounts. It takes some time to set up either way though.
